The sizes of our models are always listed on Instagram.
Our recommendation: To avoid returns, compare our sizing with pieces you already own that fit you well.
Why aren’t you spamming me with a newsletter like everyone else?
Because we don’t send empty emails.
Instead, we focus on what matters — good products.
You’ll find all info about drops and restocks on our Instagram.
Item sold out?
No worries — our TOUJOURS Collection (Basics) gets restocked regularly.
It might take some time until all sizes are available again. Restock updates always drop first on our Instagram.
For ÉPHÉMÈRE items, it’s a bit different: they’re designed as limited drops.
A restock only happens if the demand is extremely high. In that case, we bring back a small batch — still limited, and never as big as the first drop.
Made by us or printed on demand?
No — we don’t work with print-on-demand providers.
Our pieces come from selected production partners and are refined in-house through screen printing, custom labels, and unique packaging.

Was my order successful?
After placing your order, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation via email.
If you don’t get one, please reach out via the Customer Care contact form below so we can help you ASAP.
Most issues happen during data entry — so please double-check all details before completing your order.
Will I get a shipping confirmation?
As soon as your item is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our carrier, DHL.
Please note that delivery takes 6–9 business days within Germany and 8–12 business days internationally.
Can I add, change, or cancel items in my order?

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, that’s possible if it’s done within 14 days after delivery.

For orders within Germany, returns are free of charge — we’ll send you a return label once we’ve received your request.
For international orders, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
You can also reuse our shipping bag for the return — it comes with a second seal, made exactly for that purpose.
